Quality Assurance
We work closely with our customers to meet the demanding schedules required. Consistent high quality products are obtained with QC checks performed throughout each stage of operation. Our tolerance specifications exceed the required industry standards. Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Quality inspection representatives also adhere to an FAA approved Quality Manual.

Starr Aircraft has always stressed superior quality in all products we manufacture. In 2003, Starr initiated widespread changes in its manufacturing processes. We have implemented Lean Manufacturing in our production and inspection processes. This eliminates waste and expands capacity by reducing costs and shortening cycle time between customer order and ship date. The teamwork from every department puts Starr Aircraft a cut above the competition.

Starr Aircraft will provide return to service paperwork and airworthiness approval certificates for items covered under our Repair Station Certificate.
